Q: Can i sue a college were there is multiple shower curtain with mold on them in the community bathroom ?
My college dorm shower curtains in the community bathroom has had mold on them since i have gotten here for the fall semester in August and they have not been changed out. One RA ( resident assistant) claims they put a work order in but still nothing. I have also just recently today put in a work order.
A: A South Carolina attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for three weeks. One could always sue for any grievance. But from a practical standpoint, it could avoid the aggravation and lost time of pursuing a lawsuit if they would work with you in replacing the curtains - especially since you just put in a work order.
